Shipping

Most orders to be shipped by ground leave our warehouse in 1 to 3 business days. We make every effort to ship orders for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select on the same day as long as they are received by 11 AM CST (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). Unless customer notes "UPS Only" in comments we may use USPS Priority Mail in lieu of UPS Ground on some shipments.

Once your order ships we will update your order confirmation page with tracking information and you will receive an automated email notification. To ensure that you receive our email please add Sales@TheSeeGroup.com to your address book or it may be filtered out as spam. To check your order status and tracking information you may refer back to the order confirmation page for updates anytime.

We ship to US military APO & FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Please note that some items (such as laser sights, aerosols, presumptive drug test kits and liquids) are not available for APO/FPO shipping due to restrictions.

To check shipping cost add items to your shopping cart, enter the delivery address, select a shipping method and click the Apply button. Your shipping cost will now be displayed toward the top of the page in the summary beneath the Subtotal*. Should you select a shipping method that is not available to your location we will contact you for authorization prior to shipment.

On orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii we suggest using Alaska & Hawaii USPS Priority Mail for the shipping method as it is more economical. Per USPS rules not all items can be shipped via Priority Mail. If we find this to be the case with your order we will contact you for your authorization prior to shipment. A limited number of products such as aerosols, pepper sprays and cleaning solvents are considered hazardous materials for the purpose of shipping. These items can only be shipped by UPS Ground and cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States.

Unless you specify Signature Required in the comments section at checkout, the delivery driver may leave your package unattended in an unsecured location. This is convenient because no one has to be present to sign for the package. However, if you are concerned about the security of your package please specify Signature Required. There is $1.75 fee for Signature Required shipments and $2.75 for Adult Signature Required shipments, which are fees that UPS charges us.

For security reasons we require the shipment of some orders to be made to the credit card holder's verified address that is on file with their bank.

*We use integrated software to calculate shipping cost. On rare occasions this online system may not be accurate (usually for larger, extra heavy, odd shaped items or larger quantities). Should this occur we will contact you for your authorization prior to shipment.

International Orders

International shipping is now available WORLDWIDE from The See Group Police Supply. We have partnered with International Checkout to fulfill orders for our International customers.

We do not ship to freight forwarding services.

To place an International order online:

1. Add the items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

2. Select the International Checkout button.

3. You will then be transferred to International Checkout's website for completion of your order including shipping and payment information. When you place orders through International Checkout you become their customer and would need to contact them directly for any customer service concerns.

Please note that US orders that are placed using an International Credit Card should also use the International Checkout button.
